Guest user：Beautiful location on the shore of Lake Elementaita. Very striking even though it was cloudy and drizzly for our very short stay. Only had a few hours and an overnight stay as part of Nakuru safari. Room dated but comfortable and food good quality.
Guest user：This resort is phenomenal. The setting is spectacular on a lake with tons of birds. Peaceful quiet setting. Our bungalow was very comfortable, clean. The facial at the spa was top quality professional. Definitely worth it. Food scrumptious!
Guest user：Sentrim Elementaita is in a beautiful location and you feel welcomed as you enter reception with the homely design and beautiful view of the lake. I visited as a solo traveller as part of a group safari tour. It is a large site although we arrived quite late and departed early so I did not have chance to experience the all of the facilities. The accommodation was set out as small lodges and I was fortunate to be allocated a lodge on the lakeside. They were very spacious and had everything that was needed. The beds were comfortable, showers had plenty of hot water and the view from my terrace looking over the lake was fantastic - complete with a stork and a heron not too far away! The food was good and they were kind enough to provide a late lunch for us as our party arrived a little late from our game drives. Inevitably at a location right next to water, there are a lot of flies, but it was not as bad as I expected prior to arrival. We were assured these were just "lake flies" and not mosquitoes and admittedly I didn't get any bites during the time I was there. The staff took a number of measures to control the flies including guards on the lodges, lamps across the site and dim lighting at mealtimes. When I returned from dinner a few had managed to make it into my accommodation but this is to be expected and what not a big deal. The reasons for me not rating this site 5/5 is that the pool water was dirty/cloudy - I didn't have time to use it due to the short stay but I would not have entered it if I had. I'm not sure if it was dirty or if it was some sort of treatment due to the flies but it was noticeable. The other reason is the staff - they could do with a touch of customer service training - nothing major but just lacked the same level of hospitality and warmth that we had received at our previous camp - maybe we were spoiled previously? All in all, an ideal place to stay if visiting Lake Nukuru or the surrounding areas. I would stay again but more as a place to rest my head than a resort stay.
Guest user：The place is on the banks of lake Elementaita. Luxurious place and value for money. The chief chef took extra effort to customise veg Jain food for us. The service team led by James went an extra mile to make us comfortable. All the cottages have a good view of the lake. Great place to relax and enjoy the great view.
